REFUND POLICY

1. Registration Fee: $80 (non-refundable). Waived if the continuing student, and upon approval.
2. There will be no refund or make-up lesson if a student misses a lesson. In the event that the instructor must miss a class, that class will be made up by the instructor or credited toward the student’s next course.
3. Withdraw notice: There will be no refund for withdrawal lessons or after school program. A 30-day advanced written withdrawal request to RUYEE ACADEMY will only be accepted. Prorated credits will be processed within 4 weeks after approval. The credits can be used in all the programs in Ruyee Academy. The registration fee and material fee is not refundable.   

4. No REFUND or CREDIT will be issued for canceling the camp and enrichment class.

MEDIA RELEASE

I willingly transfer the rights of my child's photos, voice, music, etc., to Ruyee Chinese School. I grant Ruyee Chinese School permission to use my child's photos, voice, music, etc.

ACCIDENT WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITIES

I hereby release RUYEE Chinese School, its administrators, directors, officers, teachers, agents, employees, assigns, and volunteers (“released parties”) from and against any and all claims, demands, actions, complaints, or other forms of liability that any of them may sustain (a) arising out of any damage or injury caused to my child; or, (b) arising out of a parent /guardian/or other designated driver’s operation of a motor vehicle in relation to school's transportation and activity. I also agree to indemnify and hold harmless the released parties from the released claims, including any and all related costs, attorney fees, liabilities, settlements, and/or judgments. I confirm that I have carefully read this release and agree to its terms knowingly and voluntarily. I also confirm that I am the parent or legal guardian of the child who is under 18 years old. This release has been read and is understood by me.

LATE PICKUP

A late pickup fee of $ 1 per minute per child will be charged.

TUITION PAYMENT

A check, cash, or Zelle Pay, may be used to make payments. There is a $50.00 returned check fee on all checks returned by the bank. A notice will be sent home advising you of the returned check and the amount due. Failure to do so will result in termination of enrollment.

SUMMER CAMP POLICY:

1. Full Refund:
- A full refund will be issued for cancellations made at least two weeks prior to the start date of the camp.
2. Credit Refund:
- Cancellations made within two weeks of the camp start date will not be eligible for a monetary refund. Instead, a credit will be issued to be used towards future programs or services offered by Ruyee Chinese School. The credits are valid for one year.
3. No Refund After Camp Commencement: - Once the camp has commenced, no refunds will be provided for cancellations or withdrawals.
4. Non-Stackable Discounts:
- Please note that multiple dis1counts or promotional offers cannot be combined. Only one discount or promotion can be applied per registration.
5. Late Pickup Fee:
- A late pickup fee of $2 per minute will be charged for parents arriving after the designated pickup time. We kindly ask parents to ensure timely pickup to avoid any inconvenience.
